GTAR Building Renovation & Expansion

The project generally includes the expansion to the existing facility to include a new primary entrance, lobby, restrooms and training room on the first level and a second level shelled out for future office growth.

The first level expansion space contains 10,116 sf and the second floor area contains 8,372 sf. Renovation of existing space is also a part of the project scope. Approximately 6,240 sf of existing space will be reconfigured to accommodate a new board room, conference rooms and new offices.

The remaining 4,616 sf of the existing building will be updated with a new paint finish and new carpet. All work is to be performed while the building remains operational so the contractor should consider project phasing.
