Clint Full Bio

Magnum: Since 1998
Years in Construction: 40+
Certifications: Former Chair and Graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow, Former Executive Board Member of Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma

As president of Magnum, Clint has been actively nurturing and growing the company since its inception 25 years ago. Clint proudly provides overall direction and administration of all company operations, ensuring the company functions and runs smoothly and client expectations are continually exceeded.

When not at work, Clint enjoys playing golf and working on classic cars.

Nick Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2022
Years in Construction: 4+
Certifications: Associate Constructor, American Institute of Constructors; OSHA 30 hour, Adult First Aid/CPR AED

Nick supports the project management team throughout the duration of projects by handling tasks including processing submittals, writing RFIs, assembling schedules and conducting weekly progress meetings. In addition, he supports the estimating team by communicating with subcontractors prior to bid dates, reviewing bids for adequate scope coverage, coordinating site visits and attending pre-bid conferences.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys playing the drums, golfing, skateboarding, hanging out with friends and family, and working on cars with his dad.

Nyles Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2014
Years in Construction: 20+
Certifications: OSHA 30 Hour, LEED GA

Nyles provides general oversight for operations at Magnum Construction, including estimating and preparing customer budgets, establishing and maintaining relationships with design professionals, owners and subcontractors, and managing job order contracts. Nyles also assists with internal support, management, and conflict resolution, making him an invaluable asset to the company.

Outside of work, Nyles loves hanging out with his girls: Lyric, 9, Thea, 4, and Mom (age undisclosed). He spends his Sundays leading the band at the Downtown Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and in the summer he spends his weekends on the boat!

Ethan's Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2023

Ethan supports the project management team along with the estimating of projects. His tasks may include communicating with owners, subcontractor, and vendors to make sure projects are covered in every aspect.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys golfing, watching sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Casey's Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2024

Casey serves as liaison between all key stakeholders of construction projects, including owners, designers, and subcontractors. He also provides oversight and management of the primary factors driving every project: time, quality and cost.

Jessica's Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2025

Years in Construction: 5+

Jessica is skilled in project coordination, quality control, and material logistics. She collaborates with the field team to verify material and equipment installations meet project specifications.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys having adventures with her kids, hiking, comedy shows, playing Xbox, and traveling.

Kolton's Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2025

Kolton has established effective communication among team members for enhanced collaboration and completion on projects.

Outside of work, Kolton enjoys MMA Training, comedy shows, live music, and spending time with his friends amd family.

Justin's Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2025

Justin has set the path to expanding relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, Subcontractors, and Vendors as he goes to multiple events and businesses representing Magnum.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys music, concerts, and gaming.

Leslie Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2021

Leslie oversees all aspects of accounts payable and receivable. She also assists with processing subcontractor pay applications, payroll, and submitting weekly, quarterly and annual payroll taxes.

When not at work, Leslie enjoys watching baseball, camping, spending time with her family, friends and grandkids and being involved with the Broken Arrow Elks Lodge.

Misti Full Bio

Magnum: Since 2010

Certifications: Versed Calendar, Policy and Procedure Guru

Misti’s work at Magnum includes preparing bid documents for proposal submission and ensuring all plans, specs and addendums are in order for bid day. In addition, Misti is in charge of reviewing contracts from owners and to subcontractors.

In her free time, Misti enjoys fishing, automobiles, softball and spending time with family.
